我跟她说哟，您这个姓挺好的啊，Paradis，天堂。
真的，你出国了就会发现，这里“万物皆可姓”。。。。。。
真的什么都可以当作“姓”，“名”，鱼啊，鸟啊什么都可以被当作姓名。
然后她就笑笑跟我说，“Merci ! J’essaye de le profiter. “
天堂老太，是非常可爱的一个老太太，也是一个阿加莎小说迷。
我跟她说我最喜欢的是 The Murder of Roger Ackroyd。
她居然跟我说，她忘了。。。。但是呢，因为我跟她说起了这个，她会重新再去看一下这本书。
我当时的反应就是，啊，这么棒这么有特点的一本书，怎么会忘了呢？
然后我说那你最喜欢的是哪一本。
她说是 In The Mystery of the Blue Train。
我居然也忘了。。。。。
大概有个印象，好像是讲一个富商的女儿带着宝石在火车上被杀了，宝石被盗了。
然后是富商的贴身秘书，一个瘸腿的秘书和她的侍女是凶手。
但是我记不得她说的到底是不是这本了。。。。
反而是那个大家很喜欢很推荐的 Murder on the Orient Express 我觉得我不是太感兴趣。。。。。
虽然结局也算是一个意外吧，但是好像因为前面铺垫地太多，有点疲惫了，没有给我那种峰回路转的一激灵的感觉。
后来看阿婆写她自己最喜欢的也是 The Murder of Roger Ackroyd， 而且用的词非常强烈。
她说，“ Poirot definitely has his favorite cases. In The Murder of Roger Ackroyd he was at his bet investigating a crime in a quiet country village and using his nowledge of human nature to get at the truth.”
Definitely, best investigating …
然后我当时读到这个的时候，我就很激动，想说，嗯嗯嗯，我懂你啊！ 阿婆！
天堂老太跟我说，阿加莎的小说是值得去重读的，非常经典。
虽然后来有很多人在模仿她的风格，然后评论家也会说，“啊，这个人有阿加莎的影子什么什么的”。
但是对她来说，“阿加莎就是阿加莎，阿加莎只有一个！”
我非常赞同，因为阿加莎对人性的细致入微的观察和描写，是有她自己独特的笔触的。
但同时行文又让你非常放松，非常愉快。
换换脑子，读梭罗读不下去的时候，就来看看阿婆。
我经常看她的书，会突然之间，有如入无人之境的那种“哈哈哈哈哈”笑起来。
阿婆的英式幽默，带着狡黠的小火花，真的是轻松诙谐精彩绝伦。
天堂老太跟我说她还记得她读的第一本英文小说是《教父》，是中学时候读的。
因为母语是法语，所以第一本英文小说刚开始读的时候对她还是有点困难的。
她说她开始还要查字典，但是读着读着她发现她根据上下文的意思也都能看懂，就不需要字典了。
嗯，是这样。如果读原著有困难，不如就从《教父》，阿加莎的通俗小说开始读起，先体会到这种纯粹的，纯阅读的快乐。
