好食配好器，特地去唐人街买的炖盅。。。。大海碗总觉得不如炖盅有滋味。
万物皆可炖。
猪肉打底，再搁几片姜，其他就是枸杞，桂圆干，山药，萝卜，香菇，有什么放什么。
